Posing & Presentation

The physique only counts if it shows. Posing feedback for stage or for the camera — angles, transitions, and how to make the taper read from ten feet away.

What week one to four looks like.

WK 01

Intake & Baseline

Photos, lifts, food history, schedule. Your first program and macros are built from your actual life, not a template.

WK 02

First Check-In

Weight trend, training log, photos. Early friction gets fixed here — exercise swaps, meal timing, whatever isn't working.

WK 03

First Adjustment

Enough data to move. Macros shift, volume gets rebalanced toward what's lagging.

WK 04

Progress Review

Side-by-side photo comparison against week one. The plan for the next block gets set with you, not for you.
